Sunday: Crockpot Gumbo
Monday: Spaghetti with mushroom/black olive tomato sauce, Salad
Tuesday: Crockpot roast w/ potatoes and carrots,
Wednesday: BBQ chicken, coleslaw, potatoes
Thursday: Loaded baked potatoes
Friday: TBD - grocery day

great menus! I bet those loaded baked potatoes are delicious!

Thanks. The loaded potatos are actually quite a lazy meal. I cook the potatos in the microwave, and let people fill them with chopped broccoli, chili and/or bacon if I have it, cheese, sour cream, etc. (it's also a good way to use up leftovers LOL!)
