Sunday:  Leftover brisket, baked potatoes, broccoli
Monday:  Salsa verde chicken with black beans and corn
Tuesday:  Raspberry vinaigrette marinated steak, salad
Wednesday:  Taco salad
Thursday: Tilapia, brown rice, green beans
Friday:  TBD (grocery day)
