You Are What You Eat
We've all heard it... "you are what you eat". If that's true, this is what my family is going to be this week.
Sunday: Lasagna and salad (that's what the Man of the House requested for Father's day dinner, and he deserves it!)
Monday: Taco Salad
Tuesday: Chicken, broccoli, quinoa
Wednesday: Pasta
Thursday: Leftovers (It's a busy night between class, guitar lesson, and softball game)

DeleteLove that you make a menu plan. I have read some you have done before and they always sound so good and healthy. I need to try this.
ReplyDeleteI'm a very list-ish person. I make lists for everything. I actually started the meal plans because I try to grocery shop once a week. If I don't have it planned I end up running to the store 3 to 5 times during the week and of course getting more than I actually went for, spending too much $$
