Warning: This post has a bit of an EW!! factor

How often do you replace your bath puff or sponge?  If you're cheap frugal like me - that answer may be less often than you care to admit!

Did you know that experts recommend replacing your shower pouf every 3 to 6 weeks?   Yep!

Why?  Those little lathery puffs are ideal breeding grounds for bacteria, mold, and yeast - that's why! (you were warned... EW!)  Bath puffs and sponges are warm, moist environments where these organisms grow quickly.  If you don't replace them regularly, you could expose yourself to infection and rashes, as well as promote mold growth in your bathroom. (another EW!!)

There is a solution other than buying a new pouf every couple of weeks -  Machine Washable Cotton Bath Puffs!!

You can keep these little lovelies free from bacteria, yeast, and mold simply by tossing them into the washing machine on a regular basis (at least once a week) and either machine or air drying!

They are crafted from 100 %  cotton yarn and have a braided loop for hanging.  And at $10.00 (+shipping) they cost less over time than buying a new synthetic bath puff every month!

Cleaner and less expensive.  It's a win/win!

Color My Next Project!

I NEED YOUR HELP!

I've got things in the works.  Several small things, and a couple of big.  One big project for the Etsy shop has started falling into place - but I find myself completely stuck with one aspect of it.

I can't decide on a color palate for my next project!!  I have considered navy, yellow, and white.  Bright blue, orange, and gray (or white... or yellow?).  I thought about mint, teal, and white.  Dark purple, light purple and white? Black, gray, and white?  Brown, tan, and white?

I can't choose!!

This is where you come in:

What are your three favorite colors together?

Give me some ideas to work from in the comments.  Please!!
